Jenny Allen is an honours graduate of the Chef Training program at George Brown College. Jenny offers a whole-food approach that works with busy lifestyles and hectic schedules.
She has owned a successful meals-to-go business and a popular cafe in downtown Georgetown. In addition to teaching classes, Jenny creates artisanal granolas and soups, available at Foodstuffs. Jenny also offers meal-planning services and pantry makeovers. Visit Jenny’s website for more information.
Deborah Palmer of A Movable Feast entertains while she leads cooking sessions that draw on first-hand experiences from her extensive travels around the world.
Deborah has more than 20 years of experience as a chef, caterer and cooking teacher. She combines expertise with a wealth of anecdotal material.
Drawing on long experience as a writer, recipe developer and food consultant, she is currently hard at work on her cookbook on interculinary travel.
