From Hot Off the Griddle #8, November 1992.
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup medium unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup choclate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- Melt butter or margarine in 9 × 9 pan
- Stir and press down graham cracker crumbs.
- Put in layers of coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
- Pour over all one tin sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand or equivalent).
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
