- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary or dill (or 1 Tbsp fresh herbs)
- salt & pepper to taste
- Drizzle marinade over steaks and turn to coat both sides.
- Refrigerate, covered, for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
- Grill about 4” from the coals, turning once until no longer “shiny” in the middle, but flaky and tender.
