Granola Protein Bars

  • 2 cups peanut, almond, hazelnut or other favourite nut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup honey, agave or maple syrup

Microwave one minute and mix together well.


  • 1/2 to 2 cup (broad range but it works any which way) favourite protein powder (we use Vega All-in-One)
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Fold all together and press into 9x13 inch parchment-lined pan. Refrigerate until firm enough to slice. 

You can play with this recipe... it is infinitely variable. Add extra fruit, nuts, hemp hearts, chocolate chips.
