- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
Combine the above 4 ingredients, then add 1/3 cup olive oil and mix well.
